Will Fractora reduce the appearance of enlarged pores around my chin, upper lip and nose. I am 60 yrs old.

I have enlarged pores around my chin, upper lip and nose. These would be the key areas. Also, I am prone to hyper-pigmentation, will fractora worsen or improve this?

Having a highly qualified/trained medical technician perform Fractora is not unusual.  In my practice, I prefer to perform the procedure myself.

Thanks for your question and your photo. This appears to be a normal reaction from the Fractora, as it can create bruising, swelling, and visible holes from the needles. I suggest rest, ice, and compression, as well as keeping open lines of communication between you and your doctor.Best,Anil Shah MD
