do rf treatments dicrease the amount of scar tisdue caused by procedures such as microliposuction face or facelift etc. If so which one is better (Exilis, fractora etc).

Its not controversial, it was controversial 2 years ago. 2 landmark meta-analysis papers were published last year - the JAMA July article is the best.
