Is Fractora RF deep setting safe while on accutane?

I know this is a controversial question given the new research and most practitioners are still not treating patients while on accutane. I am on 80mg per day and was wondering if Fractora RF deep setting is perfectly safe according to the research and your practical experience. Thank you very much in advance!

Thanks for your question and your photo. This appears to be a normal reaction from the Fractora, as it can create bruising, swelling, and visible holes from the needles.
