Dear Ali-ref, It is common for your nose to swell after splint removal and to have some swelling present at the time of the splint removal. With that said, you can have a good idea of what your nose will look like when the splint is removed. As the swelling dissipates over the first few months you will begin to see your results and it will take a full year for all of the swelling to dissipate. The reveal videos that I share on my profile are taken at seven days post surgery on the splint removal day. While the patients have varying degrees of swelling they all have a good idea of their results and they just get better over the coming months.
