I have upper eyelid hallowing (the space between the eyebrow bone and eyelid) My eyelid space also shows too much i feel. I'm thinking this is a result of mainly genetics because I'm still young, in my twenties. My eyebrow bone, the bone right under the eyebrow also sticks out a lot, is very prominent. The photo with no makeup is an example of what my eyes look like but mine are just bigger. The pic with makeup, the eyelid and ridge are still prominent but look nice, I would want mine to look like that.

You have very minimal hollow wing of your upper lids. The bone does not need to be shaved whatsoever. You need nothing at the present time as you would be taking too much risk for such a minimal slight improvement. Wait until you are much older before having something done.

I find that a combination of fillers and thermage work well here with laser resurfacing like fraxel/viva/clear + brilliant.
