An Asian rhinoplasty specialist will be able to comprehensively address the issues you have with your nose.One thing to keep in mind though is that there is a limitation to the amount of tip refinement you can achieve (how small/narrow) because of the thickness of your skin. While there are a variety of approaches and techniques employed by various surgeons, it is up to you to do your due diligence to find a rhinoplasty specialist experienced in Asian rhinoplasty in order to achieve the best results possible. Using autologous grafts (tissue and cartilage from your own body) will provide the safest and most permanent results.Consult with 2-3 of these surgeons in person and determine your comfort level with their approach, demeanor, and before and after results. Good luck.

Thanks for sending in your photos. Asian Rhinoplasty is often aimed and refining the shape of the nose on front view and sometimes augmenting the shape on profile. Adding projection to the tip and bridge can make the nose look slimmer on front view. In your case however, your profile is very nice and augmenting it could make your nose look too large from the side. Narrowing the tip cartilages can refine the shape only if the overlying skin is thin. Your skin is thick and would likely camouflage any changes to the tip that could be made surgically. As I'm sure you know its not possible to remove this thick skin with surgery.
As for subtle facial contour concerns there are often small surgical and non surgical treatments that can subtly alter the facial shape that you might consider.

You would be a good candidate for a rhynoplasty. As a former art student from the LA County of Museum of art, I like to use advanced suturing techniques to narrow the tip of the nose. One can also narrow the bony nasal pyramid and the width of your nostrils. I incorporate the FINNESSE technique, which I invented. I routinely do not pack the nose. Pain and recovery is minimal when compared to traditional techniques. It’s normal for people’s faces to be asymmetric. One maybe able to improve symmetry by injecting fat into the cheek area. A rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish balancing your nose to the remainder of your facial features. The bulbous tip can be reduced, however it's important to understand the thick skin will be an impediment to seeing  real refinement in that area.
