I have only one prominent nasolabial fold that has irritated me for years. It seems to be prominent on my right side, but not my left side. I have been getting fillers, but they are expensive and don't last long. I'm looking for a permanent solution and heard about paranasal implants. Would this be a solution to fill in the crease? Are there any other permanent solutions?

Answer: Laugh Lines / Nasolabial Folds - Fillers + Sculptra, Lasers like Fraxel/Clear + Brilliant, Radiofrequency, Peels, Skin Care

Prostolane is not used in US it is more used in Europe
Kybella is expensive it is painful and the results are not all that great
For non invasive I would use more of the reshaping and tightening with Radio frequency for 6 sessions witch is 3 rd of the price of Kybella and better results
Thank you for your question and photos. If the scar has been present for at least one year, it is a good time to be evaluated by a board certified plastic surgeon. Your options may include subcision with a dermal filler or a scar revision. Best of luck to you!
