All lasers are combined with microneedling and PRP to get even better results and improve healing times. In my practice I do not recommend microneedling and laser hair removal on the same day, simply because microneedling opens tiny channels in the skin and it can stay irritated for few hours afterwards. Laser hair removal will add an extra layer of irritation to the skin so I wouldl keep the two procedures separately.
