I am interested in trying the profound laser on my jowls that have just started to become noticeable to me and also to tighten the skin on my upper arms and possibly around my knees where my skin has become crepey with a little cellulite. I see physicians that advertise fraction rf with microneedling. I'm confused as to whether or not it is the same procedure as the profound laser.There are so many lasers to tighten skin and some that reduce cellulite that it becomes mind boggling to the patient

Retinoids cause increased cell turnover and thinning of the epidermis which can make the microneedling treatments more intense and take longer to heal. It isn’t toxic. Just more irritating.
