Red pin-prick marks on nose after microneedling... permanent? (Photo)

I got microneedling over 48 hours ago and I still have red spots on the bridge of my nose. This didn’t happen last time, and I’m wondering if this is permanent?

Recommended to do micro-needling when skin is clear from any breakouts, if treated with active acne you are at more risk of infection and then spreading the bacteria; causing a big break out. Also if using acne products, retin A make sure you stop these products a couple days before treatment...
