Red pin-prick marks on nose after microneedling... permanent? (Photo)

I got microneedling over 48 hours ago and I still have red spots on the bridge of my nose. This didn’t happen last time, and I’m wondering if this is permanent?

Sounds like what you are experiencing is normal bruising and redness after a microneedling treatment. Give your skin a few days to heal. You should see a nice result from the treatment.
