I have a horizontal looking belly button for the last 20 years and would like advice on what I can do to fix it. Options?

I have been searching for solutions on how to improve the look of my belly button but the only recommendation that I have been given so far is to get a tummy tuck. Seeing as I still expect to have children one day, this solution just doesn't work for me at this time. Are there any other procedure that a doctor can recommend that would help me fix my belly button to look more oval?
