I have had a tummy tuck and two belly button revisions. The bottom of my belly button still puckers out. At first I thought it was a hernia. I can push it in. I think it is my umbilical stalk stick out. My belly button feels like it has stretched up and isn’t where it should be. Could this be the umbilical stalk pushing out? If so, can it be fixed?
