I would like to get dimpleplasty and buccal fat removal done at the same time but was told that if done at the same time, the likelihood of the dimples staying is decreased. Is this true? If so, why? If fat is removed from the cheeks, doesn't that help the dimples stay compared to if my cheeks are full? I have to travel from out of town to see the surgeon I like, so going twice is not ideal but I would like to hear experts' opinions on this. Any insight would be helpful, thank you.
