I have chubby cheeks (but don’t think I would want buccal fat removal). I think my chin is quite small and my cheeks are big which give me an imbalanced appearance. I’m 24 and the chubbiness in my face will not go away, even though I am skinny. Is there a procedure you would recommend?

Answer: Sliding Genioplasty +/- Buccal Lipectomies Your foundational procedure is the need for chin augmentation by sliding genioplasty to bring ir forward an down a bit. Thiswill help decrease the perceived size of the cheeks but probably not to the degree you would ideally like. Combining the sliding genioplasty with submental liposuction and buccal lipectomies is the only way to achieve the optimal facial slimming effect.

Answer: Jawline You have the 'fullness because the lower jaw is underdeveloped which allows the soft tissue to look most prominent. Very common and you are very correct in avoiding buccal fat trimming. Define the chin and jawline to achieve your goal.
