Hello !

In my experience, you are not a good candidate for buccal fat pad removal. Your fave is not round enough and it would make you look gaunt.

It looks like you could benefit from facial fat transfer to contour your face.

It is best to consult with an experienced board certified plastic surgeon for the best results.
