Can anyone tell me what this is and how to fix it? (Photo)

I have excess fat around my mouth that is making my face appear fuller from my side profile and seems to cause impressions between my mouth and chin. I know this is not the buccal fat pad, but wondering if anyone could shed some light on this and any treatment suggestions? I've been advised to try botox in my chin and filler in my cheekbones to help address this, but it’s been ineffective. Jowls do run in my family - so I would rather treat this now vs. later.

Buccal Fat Removal can reduce the volume of the mid face, and by looking at the pictures, this could definitely be an option to help give you a slimmer, more narrow appearance. This could definitely be the right operation, especially on your right side which appears to be fuller than the left.
