Bichectomy case. How can it be made to look straighter and more normalized? (Photo)

Question

I have thought about bichectomy before the trend. However I am scared of getting one would make me wrinkly/saggy/old looking. I mostly thinking it would help me because I have high cheek bones but my cheeks look very squared and distorted. I'd like it to look straighter and more normalized. Thoughts?

I would not recommend buccal fat removal in your case. Your face is nicely contoured and the procedure is indicated in faces that lack definition and are full.

In my experience, I don’t think that you are a good candidate for a bichectomy. It would make you look gaunt. Buccal fat removal or bichectomy benefits only certain people with really round faces.

Instead, I believe that you could benefit from a liposculpture. It could bring more harmony and balance to your face - if performed by a skilled board certified plastic surgeon - expert in aesthetics.

Thank you for your question and photos. You would likely benefit more from facial liposuction to make your neck and jawline appear more sculpted. Removing excess fat can create a more defined jawline that is in balance with your high cheekbone structure.
