I'm having rhinoplasty in less than a month and I want to get some Boiron Arnica Montana tablets (looked at Vitamedica's but they aren't available in Canada). I'm confused as to what potency to get. 30c? 30x? 200c? 200ch? 200ck? 200k? It's very confusing.

It is confusing and compounds the complexity of your postoperative course. There are other medications you're going to be taking after rhinoplasty procedure such as pain pills, antinausea pills, and antibiotics depending upon your provider. Arnica offers little to no benefit. Much, much more important is to look at the experience of your surgeon, since rhinoplasty is one of the most difficult operations to perform artistically in the entire field of cosmetic surgery.
