I feel really insecure about my face because my jaw is too weak compared to my nose and moreover it looks asymmetrical (i know most people have an asymmetrical face, but i feel mine is much more than normal and it's very visible at the cheekbones level). Is there a way to change this ? Thank you a lot.
Answer: I hate my face shape: asymmetrical face, big nose, weak chin? Rhinoplasty and chin augmentation candidate Your nose could be improved with rhinoplasty, which would give permanent improvements in symmetry and shape. Answer: Rhinoplasty and chin implant candidate I would recommend starting with a consultation with a board certified facial plastic surgeon that specializes in rhinoplasty surgery to discuss if rhinoplasty can address your concerns. I would recommend writing down the following questions before scheduling your consultation: 1. Are you unhappy with the tip of your nose? 2. Do you feel that your nose is too wide? 3. Do you want to make your nostrils smaller in appearance? 4. Are you looking to decrease the general size of your nose? I hope some of these questions will help you pinpoint what it is that you don't like about your nose. Cost will vary due to various factors like anesthesia fees, facilities fees, etc. I wish you the best as you research your options when scheduling a rhinoplasty consultation.A chin implant can improve your chin projection. Sincerely, Philip J. Miller, MD, FACS Double Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Possible procedures Hello and thank you for your questions and photos. First of all, moderate asymmetry is natural and adds to our individuality and the uniqueness of our look. However, excess asymmetry can be a cause for concern — as it sounds like it is for you — but it doesn’t have to be. A specialist plastic surgeon can improve the symmetry of your face in a number of ways. A chin implant, for example, can provide more vertical symmetry, but you can also choose to have fillers to accomplish this. Secondarily, a rhinoplasty procedure can positively improve the appearance of your entire face, bringing your features into greater balance and harmony, without having more work done. Schedule an in-person consultation with a specialist plastic surgeon for a full exam and discussion of your ideal look. A course of treatment can then be planned for you. Good luck!

Answer: Possible procedures for you Hi, After looking at your pictures the most noticeable asymmetries are the lower portion of your nose is a little too wide and you have a small chin. These thing can be improved with a rhinoplasty and chin implant. The details of these procedures would be discussed at a consultation. Your other concerns about cheekbones may be improved with fillers. Complete correction of the asymmetries may not be possible.
