My nose is vertically long and it makes my mid-face long. I do not want the tip shortened. I do not care about changing the shape. I want to know if it is possible to shorten the vertical length of the bridge of the nose. I understand it may only be done in extreme cases but I want to know if it's physically possible. I know craniofacial surgery like increasing distance between eyes is possible so I don't see why this wouldn't be.
