Thank you for your question and pictures.Given  the pictures posted, I would avoid implants. Fat transfer is the way to go for you. Liposuction of the abdomen and flanks will provide enough fat for transfer to the upper buttocks.Be sure to consult with a board eligible/certified plastic...

Seroma is a frequent problem following butt implant surgery. Judging from the information you provide, a suction /irrigation drain may be a good idea.I recommend to leave this for 5 days minimum.This is a good option to save an exposed buttock implant, as long as the seroma is under control.

I use spherical buttock implants placed within the gluteus muscle, by this way it is possible to give more volume laterally. More important, try to combine with some fat grafting to the hip area, that will do the trick.
