What kind of butt implants will give me wider hips?

I use spherical buttock implants placed within the gluteus muscle, by this way it is possible to give more volume laterally. More important, try to combine with some fat grafting to the hip area, that will do the trick.

Buttock implants improve on the hips somewhat. However if the hips need filling then fat transfer or cusome hip implants can be inserted.

Buttock implants, which are made of solid silicone implants that pose no risk of leak/rupture, are positioned above the sitting area so they will not receive the patients' weight every time they sit.  As a result, they can only reshape the mid and top area of the butt cheeks. Nowadays, butt implants come in many sizes and shapes.  But if your goal is to create an ILLUSION of wider hips, a round implant positioned more laterally might be the best choice.  However, only a personal consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon can really determine the most appropriate surgical approach. But in essence, remember that the technique mentioned above will only create an illusion of wider hips, but will not literally change the width of your hips. Good luck.
