Should I remove and replace my 23 y/o implants or should I heal for 6 mo. after removal to lower risk of capsular contracture?

I am 45 yo woman w/23yo saline implants that are encapsulated and casuing me pain. I have consulted w/2 plastic suregons. The 1st said he would do capsulectomy and replace. The 2nd suregon said same thing but then suggested removal, wait 6 months to heal and then do augmentation. He is afraid CC has greater chance of coming back vs waiting and the percentage will decrease. Im so confused on what to do at this point. Is it worth considering?
