you can inject fat into this area, but that would give you a bigger lump, so not sure why you would want this....The most difficult thing for a patient to hear is be patient, but that is the bottom line. Don't go dark. you trusted your doc to do the procedure, don't give up on him now and do not assume he is being dishonest

this is a difficult problem, what you ask is my first approach to fat graft lumps. .......I try to disguise the lump with an injectable HA filler, I first try to duplicate the desired effect with a little local anesthetic to determine if it will look good. If it does I inject with the filler, which you can dissolve if necessary.
