Vaginal Odor Improved After Tummy Tuck?

Question

My vagina is now more upright and no longer saggy under my lower abdomin. I am pleased with my tummy tuck results so far. I am only 12 days post op. I have noticed that I no longer experience vaginal odor like I did before my procedure. Could this be because my vagina is getting more air and is able to be more dry within the labia? This is an embarrassing question for me to ask but I know my body.

Thanks for your message - you have made a great observation following your tummy tuck. I frequently perform a mons lift at the time of tummy tuck to rejuvenate the external genitalia. The reduce odour is the result of better hygiene and less urine wetting the labia etc. Many patients notice a significant improvement in appearance of the genitalia and hygiene following the mons lift.
