One which hangs lower then the other and makes it difficult when wearing eyeliner and such. I would like my eyelids to be tighter and reveal more upper lid. Also I would like my eyes to appear larger. Would I be a good candidate for blepharoplasty or would a brow lift help ? Some input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much.
