Hi, the sides of my face are quite asymmetric including my eyelids and brows. Left eyelid looks like it has half a crease while the right one is parallel. Both has mongolian fold. I think both has mild ptosis as I have to strain my eyelids if I don't want to look tired as they are heavy. I want a tapered medium crease on both sides and the mongolian folds gone, is it possible? Do you recommend epicanthoplasty to achieve this? Will blepharoplasty also correct the ptosis? I am tired of straining.
