I'm 2.5 weeks post-op chin implant and platysmaplasty. 6 months ago got 1/2 syringe of Voluma in each cheek along the cheekbone. My daughter says I look like Maleficent. Should I add more Voluma to the cheeks to round them out? I feel like my face has a melty appearance with weird contours, almost like the outline of my cheeks is an hourglass. The photo makes it look more pronounced than it really is on one side. It's happening on both sides. Should I wait or what do you advise? Thank you!

Subtle and assymetric improvements of the chin and jawline area are achievable with fillers. I am interested in where you got the measurements that you are describing. Assumably you did not stand in front of the mirror and come up with these on your own. If your surgeon told you that...
In my experience, these implants are very difficult to modify especially if they are modified in place without removal. The easiest approach is to remove the implants, modify them and then replace them. This would likely be just as invasive or more so than your initial procedure.
