Maleficent cheeks! How to improve weird, concave face shape? (photos)

Analysis of one picture view (not enough), shows the major problem are the jowls, may be some asymmetry in the cheeks.The jowls are dropped down and making the lower face wide. In my hands, a mini-facelift with or without fat transfer is a much logical solution.

 Hi, I have performed many facial shaping, facial contouring and cheek augmentation procedure over the past 30 years.  Based on the beauty principles outlined in my book on face and body beauty, women look the most feminine and attractive with heart shaped faces.  Heart shaped faces have cheeks that are full and round anteriorly (in the front...not on the sides of the cheeks).  From the photo, your cheeks are still flat/concave in the front while being build up towards the outside of the cheek.  While some doctors place Voluma and other dermal fillers to this area of the cheek in attempts to lift face and cheek tissues, I have found this isn't effective at lifting tissues and worse it broadens the face making it appear more masculine and or oddly shaped. The cheek augmentation should be placed to create cheeks that are full and round in the front thereby feminizing the entire face.  It would probably be best to have the Voluma on the outer portions of the cheeks and Zygomatic arch dissolved and then new dermal filler (I prefer Restylane Lyft, previously called Perlane) to the front portion of your cheeks to soften and feminize the face.  IMHO, I would avoid fat transfer as fat is far less reliable and predictable than an off the shelf dermal filler or cheek implants when it comes to shaping the cheeks and face.  Hope this helps.
