I had jaw angle implants inserted 5 years ago, but the corners are very sharp and edgy and I think it's too masculine. I will get my chin reshaped, is it possible to get the porex implants shaven down to have less of a sharp corner or would they need to be taken out? I am seeing if this could be done in one surgery or if it's too difficult.
