To give the eyebrows a nice lift, we use injectable fillers to improve the eyebrow, upper eye, forehead and temple. A filler is placed on the bone and in the fat pads of these areas to contour and lift without it looking overdone. We use cannulas to limit pain and swelling. I suggest getting a formal consultation with a facial sculpting expert. 

To properly answer your question, a full set of photos or an in person evaluation is necessary. However, many of your concerns can be addressed with a brow lift, cheek augmentation, and potentially lower eyelid surgery. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns!

It appears you have congenital lower eyelid retraction with negative canthal tilt. Consultation is needed to determine what should be done. One possible procedure is lower eyelid retraction surgery with canthoplasty with makes eyes more almond shaped. (It is important to note that canthoplasty alone is not the correct treatment.)

The supporting tissue of your lower lid structure is very weak which explains why you are going under those different problems. Moreover, right now you have a scleral show. If you want to correct that through surgery the lateral canthoplasty is the option I recommend to you.

The limited photo just shows your eyes and no other facial aesthetics so it is hard to give any expert opinion. As far as your eyes are concerned I would leave them alone. You do not want to change your eye shape. Best regards, Michael V. Elam, M.D.
