3 wks post op. Is the skin bunching near my incision line normal & what can I do to help my raised scar & lessen redness?(photo)

Sorry to hear your Embrace was not tolerated. The bunching will go away over the next month or two and is not abnormal. In that area since the tissues are bunched there is less tension on the skin which is favorable for eventual scarring.
Embrace is usually started 3 weeks after surgery, so you might wait a few weeks and try it again. After three weeks you can also try a scar modifying gel like Biocorneum, which is used for 3-4 months or so.
