Hello As you can see I have a slight droop to my mouth and I am fed up of people telling me I look miserable. My derm did do the botox/juve on the sides 2 yrs ago, but it made no difference. I thought Sculptra in the cheeks would lift the area and give me more cheek definition, which I have always wanted. I had juved in the eye trough area 2 yrs ago, and only now has the puffiness started to go away, it looked like a banana for 2 years under my left eye, so a bit worried about sculptra. Thanks!

Answer: Using Sculptra and Ultherapy together - Santa Monica
There may be inflammation around a nerve that is causing you to have this problem. I would encourage you to see a surgeon immediately to address the problem appropriately. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles
No. You
are definitely not too old for Sculptra. Sculptra is a great foundation for facial volume rejuvenation. It provides
a very natural infrastructure that can be built on as needed with other
fillers. Do not let your age deter you.
For the knees, I would use a combination treatment that includes Ulthera, fractional RF with Ematrix, Sculptra to add volume and collagen, and topical skincare. Best, DR. Karamanoukian Los Angeles
