Kenalog 3 years post Rhinoplasty for a smaller tip?

I had undergone Rhinoplasty 3 years ago, but the tip is still bullbous. I think it turned out that way to fit the shape of my nose which looks quiet natural now. However, i was adviced to inject kenalog in the tip to reduce the size. Would that be affective at this point of my rhinoplasty?

We often use a clear nylon non-dissolving suture to slightly narrow the footplates of the medial crura (part of the base of the columella). Apologies for being so technical. PDS (polydioxanone) suture is also clear and is dissolving and can be used in that area to reconstruct things as well...

 Two years after a rhinoplasty procedure, the nose is fully healed.  The hardness that you're feeling may be related to cartilage grafts  that were placed in the nose.  Best to check with  your operative surgeon to find out what was accomplished during your rhinoplasty procedure.
