I had undergone Rhinoplasty 3 years ago, but the tip is still bullbous. I think it turned out that way to fit the shape of my nose which looks quiet natural now. However, i was adviced to inject kenalog in the tip to reduce the size. Would that be affective at this point of my rhinoplasty?

Two years after a rhinoplasty procedure, the nose is fully healed. The hardness that you're feeling may be related to cartilage grafts that were placed in the nose. Best to check with your operative surgeon to find out what was accomplished during your rhinoplasty procedure.
