It is not safe for women to use and they should not even handle the drug. The drug was initially FDA approved as a prostate-shrinking drug with anti-hypertensibve properties and later discovered to improve hair growth. The hair growth strength is 1 mg while the prostate-shrinking dose is 5 mg, both taken once/day. I can't tell from your picture, but Minoxidil 5% (I recommend Formula 82), LLLT, and PRP are other options, each with different pros and cons. If cost does not matter, you can do all three at the same time.
