I had a gastric sleeve done Sept. 3, 2015 and now I feel a lump underneath the left side incision. What can that be?

Yesterday, I felt a sting pain on the left side of my stomach under the incision. I lightly pressed down on the incision and I can feel a lump under the incision. What can that be? Also, after surgery I can feel gas pain but I can feel the gas pain in the upper chest. Is that normal?
