1.5 years post CO2 Fraxel with a facelift & brow lift, I have sagging skin under my chin and mouth, what can I do? (Photos)

You may benefit from some skin tightening procedure (Non Surgical) or even a repeat of Fractionated Co2 Laser. I often do some Autologous Fat and PRP in addition to skin tightening in similar situations. Please discuss the various options with your Plastic Surgeon. All The Best !

The fine line and uneven skin texture, particularly around the mouth, maybe treated with fractionated CO2 laser treatment. While nonsurgical skin tightening devices like Thermage, Ultherapy or Sublime may help with the skin laxity, I suspect you will probably need surgery to address the excess skin. 

Hello - having some sagging after face/neck lifting can occur, so it is best to speak to your surgeon regarding whether or not a touch up procedure may be necessary. Non-invasive procedures may help tighten the loose skin to some degree, but it will not remove the excess skin. The wrinkles and acne scars around your mouth may require more than one treatment of CO2 laser to achieve the desired result. I tell my patients that multiple treatments may be necessary, and that having realistic expectations of what can be achieved with the laser is also very important.
