I had an alarplasty surgery done in Aug 2019 and I think the surgeon misaligned my right alar when he stitched it (see pictures, looks worse in person too). It's been a year and the right alar is much worse than the left. Post-surgery, I made sure to use the medication the clinic provided to me and after the incision had healed I would use silicone bandages most nights. But is there anything else I can do? Are there other treatments or surgeries that can help? Any advice helps, thank you!
