Recently noticed this above my tailbone. Wondering if diet/exercise will help to get rid of it or if I would need to surgically remove this?

Diet and exercise will not change your fat distribution. The only way to remove this is with Liposuction.

It looks pretty straightforward and should not be all that difficult.

This could easily be done as an office space procedure while awake.

Recovery is not all that challenging. I suggest having multiple in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons in your area.

Don’t try to treat this with anything other than Liposuction such as cool sculpting etc.

The type of Liposuction or the name of the equipment is a relevant. Just find a good provider in your area.
