Ithree months post op tt and lipo flanks.whats involved in a revision and how long is the recovery have a pouch left side above incision that has not gone down due to a seroma that was dealt with but has left indurated tissue . Defiantly no more fluid left one side is flat but other sticks out and I know its too soon but how long do I need to wait before I can deal with this and what would it involve ? Would it go with cannula ? Or wold the incision have to be opened again ?

At this point in your recovery, it is much too soon to be worried about the outcome. It takes time for the swelling to resolve. It may be 6 months or more before the shape has reached its final look. Be patient. Watch your physical activity. Everyone is different.
