What would a revision procedure involve after full TT procedure?

Hello laguna17,In general I have patients wait at minimum 6 - 9 months before considering a revision since during that time period you are still actively healing and a surgical revision may not be necessary or may be a lot more minimal that what it seems at this time.  Our bodies have an amazing ability to heal and remodel but you do have to be patient.  My biggest concern after a seroma is that a cavity remains even if minimal to no fluid is left.  If that is the case then a surgical excision may be needed.Areas of fullness can with time remodel and flatten but without an exam it is difficult to predict.  Make sure to communicate with your plastic surgeon about your concerns so s/he can  keep a close eye on your healing progress and best evaluate you for a revision if needed.  Best of Luck with your Healing!Dr. Rednam

You still have swelling that may go away.   I would recommend no revision until 12 months down the road from surgery.   Then resubmit question with full photos please.    My Best,   Dr Commons
