1mo post op breast lift & revision of arm lift incision, both arm pits. 150+ lb weight loss from WLS 2yr ago. Swelling is gone from breasts, minor swelling-right armpit from lipo. From sternal notch right: 21cm, left: 22 Between nipples is 24.5 Distance to midline: right: 11.5, Left: 13 I feel like they're too far apart, bras don't fit right & clothed, I look broader than I am (only 33" chest wall) Can this be easily revised? Is it done in office, or under anesthesia? What would it entail?
