Revision for nipple placement? Happy with breast shape, but nipples are too wide and are not equally spaced from midline (Photo)

I frequently perform revisions on patients who are unhappy with their nipple areolar appearance after surgery. This can be due to asymmetry, scarring, or poor placement on the central mound of the breast. Repositioning your nipples more centrally can be easily done with local anesthesia in the office. The procedure takes about an hour and you can resume your activity and drive home afterwards. Congratulations on having undergone the breast lifting procedure. Based on your photographs, it seems that your plastic surgeon has done a very nice job for you and you have a very nice early outcome.  Although I understand your concerns, I would suggest patience;  you're still very early out of surgery to be evaluating the final outcome of the procedure performed. To answer your question, however: nipple/areola complexes can be "shifted" without too much difficulty.    This may be done under local or more systemic anesthesia. Best wishes.
