I had a neck liposuction and chin implant inserted in the end of August 2017. Its been 6 weeks and my neck seems to look the same as before. My surgeon told me he took out 45cc of fat from my neck. My neck seems to have pretty much softened up all the way. Is it possible it will go down significantly in the next few months? What can I do if it doesn't? Thank you in advance.
