Hello, I recently had a jaw surgery consultation and received this photo of the possible result. It seems slightly off what I imagined. I am not sure if the chin and lip placement is more masculine than id like. I would prefer a result similar to the picture I attached where the top lip still overlaps the bottom slightly, and am wondering if something similar would be possible for me. Note: I do have mild hemifacial microsomia, pictured is my affected side.

Hello Thanks to jaw coorective surgeries we are able to salvo abnormalites of maxilla and mandibula. We usually do not recommend implants especially medpor , becuse it can couse infections and can melt the bone. For you case double jaw surgery is indicated .
