Should I get double jaw surgery? Maybe jaw implants?

Male, 23. I'm tired of my baby face but I'm not sure exactly which route to go regarding cosmetic procedures. I want more of a triangle or diamond face shape (according to what google says those look like anyway). And I want to look older than 16. I know losing weight will help some, but even at 150 pounds I still looked very young.

You have some options. From what I see, you could benefit from a genioplasty with buccal fat removal. Your face is very round, and a genioplasty would bring your chin down, creating more of a "V" shape in your chin. This would bring more balance in your profile, while adding length and definition to your jawline. With that, buccal fat removal would reduce some of the fullness in your cheeks. Depending on that outcome, jawline lipo can further reduce some of the jowling and add more contour to the jawline. The definition comes from bone contours and one can readily augment the jawline, for example to 'sharpen' up the contours without 'jaw surgery'. Concentrate on the 'cheekbone' and jawline contours for  your goal
