Male, 23. I'm tired of my baby face but I'm not sure exactly which route to go regarding cosmetic procedures. I want more of a triangle or diamond face shape (according to what google says those look like anyway). And I want to look older than 16. I know losing weight will help some, but even at 150 pounds I still looked very young.
