Columella incision healing. What would be the best thing to apply?

I’m few weeks out of rhinoplasty. What would be the best thing to apply to my incision to heal after rhinoplasty. I know a lot of people say don’t use anything but it seems like there is more i can do this early on plus it get a bit dry there. Can I use vaseline or I heard of Biocorneum?

Don’t worry about your nose being turned up!  This will “come down” as the swelling resides.  You’re very early into the healing stages.  Be patient!
