What are the symptoms associated with chin / jaw implants falling out of the muscle?

Can it create jaw issues or skull problems and other muscle issues in your body and saggy skin and twitching and always feeling to bend over and feel like there gonna fall out

When we place chin implants, they are placed into a precise pocket on the bone. Additionally we suture the bottom of the implant to the lining of the bone so they should not shift. Chin implant is placed underneath the soft tissues of the chin, just over the bone. In time it is enveloped in thick scar capsule which does not allows movement. For these reasons displacement  and protrusion of implant is not likely. Hope this helps.

I do a lot of chin/jaw surgery. We do implants under the muscles always.  I've never seen an implant move or sag once placed. These can be placed right in the office with local anesthesia typically.

I’m not sure if anybody is going to give you a satisfactory answer based on your post.
Implants typically don’t move from there original placement guy.
Some degree of bone erosion can happen from the pressure of the implant.
