Would I benefit from a chin implant and fat graft to the cheeks? Hoping to achieve a more balanced appearance (photos)

Your photographs are somewhat limited. However, I would recommend a rhinoplasty to change the lip columella angle to 110 degrees. You would also benefit from a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. A chin implant can be done using a small implant.

If you clench your teeth, or if you have a TMJ disorder, it is possible that you are a bit full at the back of your jaw. If that is the case, Botox injections may be helpful for achieving a more balanced facial appearance on front view. If you are mostly concerned about your profile appearance, a small chin implant, or chin fillers, maybe considered. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

To make a high-quality assessment, we need high-quality profile pictures.
The pictures you’ve included still give us a good opportunity to give some input.
Your chin has good vertical height, but is slightly deficient in projection.
I don’t think you need a lot of augmentation here.
Consider trying fillers initially And taking pictures to see if you can dial in the exact amount of shin projection for your liking.
Set transfer is not good for chin augmentation in my opinion.
Facial fat transfer is inherently somewhat unpredictable, imprecise, and potentially unforgiving if patient don’t like the outcome.
It’s really important to find providers who have sufficient skill and experience when considering this procedure.
I find fillers to be much Better because unlike fat transfer fillers are precise, predictable, and much more forgiving if patients don’t like the outcome.
Getting a quality outcome is highly provider dependent.
Consult with several plastic surgeons in your community to see what they have to say.
Ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures of previous patients who had similar facial characteristics with the proposed treatments.
Overall, I think your face looks good and it is fairly well proportioned.
I would steer towards subtle treatments to reduce the chance of the dissatisfaction.
