Weird bumps/tissue around mouth 1 year after lip filler + Sculptra in face - how can this be fixed? (Photos)

Hello. Im 21years old and i have noticed these big plump folds around my mouth. I had 1ml of lip filler and a vial of sculptra through face. What is this and is it normal? What should i do to get help? Will this go away on its own or do i need to dissolve? Are there any treatments (except fillers) to treat this? Im so thankful for any replied
