Lumps inside mouth, its affecting my jowls - how can this be fixed? (Photos)

I’ve since posted after migrated filler, but I now don’t think this is the issue I have lumps inside my mouth. I do chew my lips and cheek in stress, but my jowls on my right side in particular seems to be affecting my jowls appearance badly. What kind of surgery can be done and by whom. I think there are a few inside my bottom lip, snd thickness inside my right jowel as well as a lump just inside my nasal line. many thanks
