Is there any upper cheek fat reduction surgery? (Photo)

Question

My face is so full! I've had buccal removal. I've had lipo on my jaw area but still my upper cheeks are huge and only seem to be getting bigger as I age . Looks like I have filler. I do not. It's my biggest insecurity. Is there anything I can do surgically to reduce the fullness of my fat pads on my upper cheeks ?

This issue can be fixed. I would personally perform a buccal lipectomy (buccal fat removal) as it would slim and contour the upper cheeks.
