What can I do to correct small mouth and drooping lips / cheeks? 25 y/o (photos)

Hi im 25 yrs old and have a small looking mouth, droopy lips and cheeks. I think its genetic. I look so much better when i lift my cheeks up. From the corners of my mouth and the skin around my nostrils, it looks more attractive and healthier when i lift it up. Also i have a small tiny mouth, not a wide one. So by lifting it up it looks wider. Let me know what to do to reconstruct all this mess.

This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. If you want perfect or close to perfect symmetry...
